Sharee’s history of dance and bodywork has given her the skills to be an exceptional massage therapist and healing therapist for dancers.
Massage is excellent for dancers bodies. Integrating CranioSacral therapy, Visceral therapy, and SomatoEmotional Release takes it to another level. Although these techniques are gentle, it is the gentleness that brings about a feeling of safety for the body to give access to the deeper more delicate structures to fascilitate the release of the build up of external and internal forces, compensational patterns, and repetitive strain. Forces injected into the body from landing jumps, and internal forces from the contraction of muscles pulling on ligaments, bones, fascia, spinal dura, etc can be released with these techniques, fascilitating the body to return to its strength and health.
A build up tension within the body can lead to physical and/or emotional fatigue, which may affect your career and personal life. Taking care of your body is not just an investment in your career, but an investment in your length and health of your life.
